-RIH the overshot until tagged the top of fish
-Rotate to the right to engage with the fish with slowly continue to lower it. combine lowering with rotation. Allow the right hand twist to slack out of the fishing string
-Try to pull on the fish by elevating the fishing string
-Look at the weight if fish already catch.
-If the fish does not come, turn on the circulating pump
-Maintain an upward strain while circulation is forced through the fish.

- Use packer retriever to retrieve Baker model "D" sump packer
- Dressed packer retriever, extension, mill head and including all parts.
- Rig up tool string
- RIH packer milling tool until reach of Packer slips and sealing element.
- Begin circulating and rotation. Noted parameter for milling :
- Rotate 60 - 150 rpm
- Apply 5000 - 8000 lbs on the mill
- Mud viscosity 60 cps
- Minimum annular velocity 120 ft / min
- Mill away the slips and sealing element until free.
- Cease rotation.
- Elevating the string.
- The retriever will engage and retrieve the packer.
